Not able to capture lords

you cannot capture a lord if -

they are looting a village

you are defending a castle/town

they are running away from you AFTER you have successfully defended a castle/town


somehow they magically disappear into the ether which is really lame

I've captured Lords when they were raiding villages, pretty sure at least.

i have also mentioned this in a previous thread.  you also don't get XP, prisoners, or loot in these scenarios.

UPDATE: loot, xp, and prisoners from villages appears to be hit and miss, i just got all three from a lord raiding one of my villages.

Really?  I have NEVER got anything after rescuing some of my farmers
