North and South bug: You don't have Napoleonic Wars

I really want to install this mod, since my regiment also has it installed, and we've made a North and South regiment.
I have the whole Mount and Blade series (excl. WotR). But it still says that I can't install the mod, because I don't have Napoleonic Wars (Even though I of course do) 
Could anyone please take some time to help me with how I get it installed? And please reply in a simple way, since I am not very good at English, neither am I good at computerology (you know what I mean )

Oh dear.
That's the cause of Steam, which gives a price reduction for WotR if you have M&B. And probably the effect of all the attention that M&B got on WotR's back (blame Steam again).
You know, War of the Roses is not a part of the Mount&Blade series. It's developed by different people. Only thing in common is the publisher.
Just for the sake of clarity.

I wouldn't call it "****", I'd call it something more mild. "Waste of hard drive space", perhaps, or "enjoyable first five minutes, makes you want to play Warband after that".

In laymans terms though it is a worthless piece of crap that should never have touched my precious 2tb hard drive, though I agree I had a craving for warband MP afterwards.

Okay, thanks to the help of gokiller, and Duh, I have found out how to solve my problem (I think, I am trying it out now, it should work )
