Regiments...? I'm pretty sure Regiments are for Napoleonic Wars.

If what you mean is Clan, then this is an entire thread with a list of every Major North American Clan in the OP. Surely you can find one in that.

Most of the clans on the list are active in one way or another.  I'd recommend visiting the threads that are linked and/or visiting their voice communications to get to know the groups.  Also a good idea to play on USA_POM_Central and you'll see many of the clans represented, which is another way to get to know each clan.  It also depends on what you're looking for in a clan, a place to hangout or more competitive play, ect.
