Hello!
The clothes in Mount and Blade are looking much better if they have a normalmap. "bump_static" and "bumpmap_interior" don't work, only dot3 does.
But there is one problem: The normalmap reacts only with the sunlight. In interiors they are dark and this doesn't look very good. So I searched for a solution.
I had a thread and someone posted: "You need to write your shader into mb.fx, then compile the file into mb.fxo using fxbatchcompiler and DirectX SDK. Also include it into core_shaders.brf in MB/Commonres folder. All this for 1.011 only".
OK. But here is my problem: The compiled file is unfindable! So I would be very happy if one of these questions would be aswered:
Where can I find the compiled file?
Is there an other way to make the normalmap reacting with all lights?
In hope for some good answers,
Kartoffel
Thank you for reading my problem
