Nooby question about a MP scene

Hi sorry for this really nooby question  but I am brand new to the scene editing, so I have made my scene how I want it but how do I name it?

I did but couldn't find anything most of the stuff there was about actually editing it and I have already done that

Well, there is a tutorial about everything in that section.
