Hi. I'm new to PoP. I found a Qualis gem from Rane and I don't know what to do with it...
Here are some noobish question:

1. How can I find the Al-aziz you are all talking about?

2. What should I do with the "various items" I found in another chest? (Sorry, I don't remember the city's name...)

3. How can I upgrade my weapon for Qualis gems?

4. Where can I find the elixir that makes you younger?

Thanks for reading my noobish questions.

1.
It´s a hidden icon on the map. There´s a book seller who will give you the location if you give him a gem. Find the rest out by yourself
2. Sell it.
3.I don´t think so.
4.
There´s another book seller who sells this.

Hey there.

***SPOILERS***

1. Via Rumors - you get offered the location at some point

2. Loot and Stuff is just for seilling (i think)

3. you need the rune weapon in your inventory (not equipped) and another gem, then you talk to the second guy in the mines (i didnt need any wine even though he askes for some)

4. The book seller offers some elixir for a gem

cheers

EDIT: damn, someone is always faster

One more question: (Sorry for my endless questions)

5. What should I do to establish a knighthood order?

Conquer a Castle or Town and fit the prequesites. Your steward will tell you which Order you can build (if you got everything it needs).

5. What should I do to establish a knighthood order?

~Meurix~

Differnent Orders, different ways.
all need about 20k cash
some need a qualis gem
some need specific companions (the knights - falcon and griffon if i remember correctly - as example)

you can have 1 (one) order per castle or town (but you can tear it down and build a new one if you ever chose to)

hope that helps,.
cheers

Let me expand on that answer just a bit..

Some need that you own a specific location.  Once you control that location with the Knighthood Order, then you can build that Order at a different location.

Some require that you belong to a specific faction (Lion, Dragon).

Companions include pretenders in that answer.

In addition all have different honor requirements.

Best,

"Different honor requirements"...

Just to confirm, are all of these positive?  Or is there a benefit for going negative (I'm planning on doing an evil character with this mod - something I don't normally do, but if any mod can make it fun, this is it.)  I don't want to miss out on a fun opportunity just because I don't end up controlling the right city / having the right character.

If no such Knighthood Order exists, I'd like to suggest that the Shadow Legion Centurions would make a great negative-honor-only Knighthood Order.

yeah, interesting thoughts really.

Right yesterday I was wondering about starting to play sort of the high priestess' own child which is one of the few ones spared to be convicted into a priestess; seeking to please my "lost" mother. However, stopped it as roleplay at a point got exhausted - in my own mind

But really interesting thought.

Yep, for the dark side of the force is strong in me i like the idea of kaeldragor somehow^^.

The snake-banner you can choose looks very nice... an anaconda-order, -50 honor... but anyway, i think we all will be buisy enough with pendor like it is now (the user as well as the dev-team ).

When you say "belong to a specific faction" does that include choosing the culture when you form a kingdom or you have to be a vassal? I mean, could you create the Dragon order just by choosing that culture?

Good question.  Yes.

For example: If you join the Ravenstern Faction, have the honor and cash, then yes you will be able to create a Knights of the Dragon Knighthood Order.  Same goes for Sarleon and the Order of the Lion, same for the D'Shar and the Windriders, same goes for the Empire and the Immortals and same goes for the Fierdsvain and the Valkyrie Matrons.

Best,

Saxondragon

Here is another noobish question: (Sorry guys... I just got a lot of questions to ask... (this is my last question, I promise))  :???:

6. Where can I get more Qualis gems?

Please help me!
Thanks for reading!

:!:SPOILER :!:
Beat a hero-enemy in a battle and capture him. Then speak to him and he should give you a gem for you freeing him^^

I've seen snatches of text on the forums about Mystmountain Rangers? I think? Is this something you need a knighthood for? If so, which one?
