Nobles leaving my empire

good god... what do you have to do to keep nobles in your empire? I gave this guy 3 castles and 2 settlements and our relation was at ~60.

Please add something to provide feedback as to "WHY" they left.

From my experience, there is no clear logic behind betrayal.
sometimes when family betrays me, I load game about couple days ago, doing same things, and they did not, which really confuse me.
I already unified the land and familes still betray me.
