Nobleman Assertion Error

Thought I would bring this to attention,
but a "capture nobleman" quest I had got, from Rivalcheg resulted in the error upon going into battle with the nobleman's group.
The nobleman was also fighting with a group of Vaegir Scouts at the time. I regret that I didn't get a screenshot of the error.

i belive this is the error your talking about, i just got this too and can reproduce it.

my error came from 2 groups fighting when i went into combat i sent my men in without me. First occurance i hit retry and it crashed my whole system. Second i hit abort and M&B closed.

if you load this game the battle is right next to where im standing. not sure if this helps any. But i was able to get the error 2 times in a row by going into this battle.

*edit third attempt no error, but the next stage it gave me the error.
guess this is a battle i cant do

* yet another update, i ignored the error and the battle was instantly won.
