Resolved Noble in Tavern Glitch

Summary:Noble Stuck in Tavern, when talking to him, he says something about telling his cousin not to take money and then have a good day as the only other dialogue. He will run around in Tavern after a few minutes from upstairs to downstairs.
How to Reproduce: Not quite sure? Captured town from Vlandia and he was in there. Can't capture even though he would have been part of town defences (which he wasn't)
