No war for me

So I started my kingdom on day 400 and I was at war with the empire. However at 450 I made peace with them after I destroyed their marshaled army twice. Now it is day 600 and no one is at war with me. I have even had provocation message that I was being mean to peasants. So I was wondering if this is solvable?

I've got same situation here, good thing is, that in this playthrough i have husband with his own city, so i can stack best top tiers there for free.

Easy way to start war without honor hit is to join ongoing battle, the only thing getting hit here are relations, easier to come by than precious honor. Unless you find faction mercenaries. Downside is that the faction which has been attacked will offer you peace really fast, since they want to fight against previous foes without any more disturbances from other factions. You will have to do that first battle near settlement with ladder siege, with 2h building time you might be able to get their fief before they notice whats going on. Or just start rampage and catch a few nearby lords to startle them enough to pursue the war a little bit further.

Yeah that's what I've been doing. But in my game there are only 3 other factions. At the beginning of the game the Fierdsvain started utterly destroying the Ravensterns and took Nal Tar and Avendor as well. Meanwhile on the other side of the map the Empire has Ishkoman Laria and multiple cities. (This is because I helped them) I am right in the middle of everyone as  I have Sarleon, Singal and 4 castles surrounding them.

Just have your minister send an emissary to declare war. As the monarch you don't take an honor hit, just an across the board relations hit with your vassals if you don't have a casus belli.

And? I believe the option for rejecting a peace offer exists in PoP...

Fair enough  But It just makes the game a lot easier (Bad) when I get to control the way wars happen

Wars are there to kick you when you're down.

Once you're in a good position then of course it's up to you to stomp on everyone else.

Declare the first war, and the other nations will have no qualms dogpiling you.

What I actually found annoying in current game is having all the factions constantly asking me for peace, I had over half of all the lords in the game in my jail too... (and another quarter were in my kingdom at that)

Forget about honor... Kill them all, loot their caravans and cut those peasants like butter. Imprison the filthy lords in the filthiest dungeon because we don't want a filthy being to rot in a normal prison do we? Flay those lords "Ramsay Bolton" style and #### their ladies in front of them. You don't want to be a king... You want to be the king.
