Resolved No relation increase after freeing someone

How to Reproduce: free a captive

Scene Name (if related): on the map

I will upload a saved game. Title will be Valentin 5.
Thomund is captive at a Batanian party nearby. Attack them, free them, the relation remains at 6.
I consider it a bug and not a suggestion.

I don't use mods but I changed a few values in the base game.

When I release a lord the game should give relation bonus, too. Not only when releasing rigth after battle. Not necessarily the same amount but it should. I have many lords in captive if you want to test it. Maybe they are at my hero but there are plenty in my castles anyway.

This was a feature in Warband, but I've not seen in tin Bannerlord, so I'm thinking its a "design decision"?
I'd prefer it was like Warband tbh though.
