Why don't any on the kings and vassals ever leave there castles please help, this is ruining a great game.

Total found out why.
Your characters party size and the Lord's party size is set a bit to high.
You can recruit up to about roughly 150 - 200 warriors right from the start right.
Lords are trying to recruit between 500-1000 warriors.
Check thier dialog. "I am waiting until I have more men"
If your find with that. Wait about another day of consistant game play. THey'll come around.
OR
Go to
1. "mountblade warband\Modules\The Peloponnesian War" folder
2. open your scripts.txt
3. locate party_get_ideal_size -1
4. replace the info with these

No need to start a new game but you do need to restart Warband if you already have it open.
Your Lords should up, moving, killing, or losing, etc.
