Resolved No menu options at start of game

Summary:
I have spent 2 hours going through these forums and reddit for solutions to my problem.
The only options I get upon a fresh install of the game on startup, with no mods is Options, Credits, Exit Game.

I've deleted the file suggested in the common problems forums.
I've deleted and reinstalled fully three times.
Restarted PC at each interval.
Verified files each time.

Interestingly, I can get the base game to load if I use the launch files in the Win64 Shipping folder. Which I found as a workaround to play the base game and not worry about the issue of no menu.

However, I would like to use the launcher properly to load in mods.

How to Reproduce: Start the game up from Steam.

Have you used cheats and if so which: No.

Deleting the “LauncherData.xml” file located at “C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs". The game will create a new one when launching again.

Missing Menu Buttons​

If some of the buttons on the main menu are missing, you can try the workaround below to fix it:

• Delete the “LauncherData.xml” file located at “C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs". The game will create a new one when launching.
• Please make sure that the the official modules are selected in the Launcher / Modules page.
