No kicks/bans without reason.

This is more of a call to players than a suggestion, which is why I put it here. Hopefully everyone does this already but I think it needs to be said. When you poll for someone to be kicked or banned provide your reason for creating the poll. I personally NEVER vote yes if someone doesn't give a reason, and I hope everyone else does the same. I've noticed a number of threads with people complaining about suddenly being banned for no reason, and I've also seen it happen far too many times in game.

So provide a reason if you feel someone needs to be removed. And everyone else, vote 2 unless you saw a reason provided.

You should have to write the reason and have it displayed with the poll indeed. The first thing that happens when a kick poll comes up is everyone asking "why?". Hopefully this will be added and the poll starters name displayed also.

the problem is usualy the person who maes the poll is dead and no one can hear his reason because living cant hear dead mesage logs

I'm recalling this from what I saw my brother do, since I don't actually have an Xbox Live account. But I'd suggest adding a tag to the kick/ban poll similar to that for which Live asks you when you opt to avoid a player. Things like unsportsmanlike conduct and lack of skill are options there, but for Warband there would be plenty of other valid options for wanting to throw somebody out.
