no custom map in tdm server list

hi all i have make a custom map... i set entry point 0 (for team 1) and 32 (for team 2 )...i add code in scene.txt and insert in txt boot file...

Input: add_map mp_custom_map_3
Added new map to list: 113 - mp_custom_map_3
Input: set_map mp_custom_map_3
Next map is set to: 113 - mp_custom_map_3
Input: add_map mp_custom_map_1
Added new map to list: 111 - mp_custom_map_1
Input: add_map mp_arabian_harbour
Added new map to list: 16 - mp_arabian_harbour
Input: add_map mp_arabian_village
Added new map to list: 18 - mp_arabian_village

map work ok but not appear in server list map in deathmatch mode....i can't see in administration pannel...

The issue here is that its not hard coded into the game to display custom maps under TDM I believe. You'd have to replace one of the current TDM maps with yours.
