Anyone else find that they can't focus on one character?

Recently I've been trying to play Mount&Blade with a single character, but I usually end up making more and doing things a bit differently. The end result is a bunch of characters below level 5 that I don't really want to play.

So, just share your story (if you have one) and state how you fixed the problem (if you had one).

I only end up doing that while I play Morrowind!  :D

In M&B, I stick to a character until he's very experienced. I become bored of M&B, and play some other games a while. After that, when I go back to M&B the character doesn't feel the same, and I have new ideas I want to do.

I use the same character, who is a 10 power and iron strike character and training and loot 6, other than that he has no other useful skills. (leadership 7 I guess) And his WP for 2-handed weapons is 280 or so.

I have two characters... my English one (cavalry) and my Longbowman (English archer). I've given up all other characters. Oh and the two were on different mods.

I can commit to characters, just not mods. I always end up having about 20 mods everytime a new version comes out.

I agree. I usually just play mods for mere ****s and giggles. I like to see what's involved in each one and try out all the new stuff. I only ever start characters if a mod really grabs my attention and is worth playing out a few in game years. In native I play out a character until I carry out what I set out to do, like completing a rebellion. Then it's back to square one with a whole new play style.
