I'm doing a Sturgian playthrough and on day 550. We've taken all the original Battanian cities/castles, a few Northern Empire cities/castles and are eating into Vlandia now (the Battanians have taken thier southern cities) so things are going well, BUT no Clans have Joined us. Raganvad has 16 fiefs and only 3 adult clan members, the other clans are similarly diminished in members and so there are not that many Lord's in thfield and no outside clans have defected to us.
