I've seen people posting that this helps. Save your steamapps folder. Im trying this now

I think the problem is solved now. I restarted steam several times and nothing worked. But just restarted steam, and now i got my CD-key, yay

May I suggest simply renaming your Steamapps folder to steamapps_backup and relaunching Steam. This was the only way to fix the whole issue with Wargame: European Escalation's DLC. Nothing wrong with trying that BEFORE you uninstall Steam entirely.

Restarting Steam allows you to connect to servers, but that's ONLY if you installed it through Steam, correct?
