Resolved No bonus for additional tiers of siege workshop?

So I got my own castle now and am working to improve it.
However, I noticed that there is apparently no bonus for building tier 2 or tier 3 of the siege workshop.
As you can see here, bonus from lvl 1 to lvl 2 doesn't change, and here, bonus from lvl 2 to lvl 3 still at the same lvl as on lvl 1.
All other castle improvements have visible improvements from one level to the next.

Before calling it a bug per se, I'd be interested if it is perhaps dependant on the actual castle itself, the governour invested for that castle or something else.

I got a save-game for the stage where the siege workshop is getting improved from lvl 2 to 3 if needed.

Save file uploaded. It is currrently upgrading the Sieg Workshop from tier 2 to tier 3.
Btw, I got 2 more fiefs by now. The sieg workshop shows the same problem in all 3.
