No bolts in game

My newly started game doesn't have any bolts. There were a few in the markets at the beginning of the game, I bought 4-5 of them, and then the game stopped generating new bolts. Now there are no bolts in any city market (Checked every city many times). No bolts from looting (Fought many many parties, including rodok crossbowmen). There are simply no bolts of any kind in the game except the ones I bought at the beginning.

Is there a way to make my game restart generating bolts? (Starting a new game isn't an option)
Why does this happen?

PS. I use TweakMB, and one of the bolts is tweaked, but only one kind of bolt.

This is a known issue, and will be fixed in the next patch.  For now, the best temporary workaround is to downgrade to version 1.134 for playing single player.  Here is the link to the installer.
