Need More Info No Battle Popup when Hovering Over Battle in Progress

Summary: Noticed as of 1.6.1 - In Main Map Mode, when hovering cursor over a battle in progress, only the party summary popups appear. There does not appear to be a way to get the battle summary whether field battle or siege.
How to Reproduce: Witness a battle on main map and hover mouse over the battle participants.
Have you used cheats and if so which: NA
