No banner on shield

Hi, I have a small problem with the mod.
Actually, I have my banner on my shield but all of others troops don't have banner on their shield. But they have a banner "up from the head" (don't know how to say) but their shield are like if they don't have banner.
So, what can I do for the heraldic shield who don't take the banner of his owner ?

I have try, but that not running 

I've seen some video from this mod, and others peoples have the same problem but they don't care, so I don't know what can I do.

And it's really strange, the heraldic shield work on me but not on the IA.  So I have an army whit ugly brown shield

This can happen if you have a corrupted save, say if you changed some files around or continued a game from an older version on a new version. It ****s up the heraldic assignment.
