If this actually gets off the ground, we'll probably just use my TS server. Slots can be added easily enough to accommodate more than just TMW.

Lots of TS' have slots for ya, although to get a small TS it truly isn't that much anymore.

tK scrims about every day but most of the other clans I think scrim at least once or twice a week
