I also disagree with Kazupa only getting a warning and others getting a ban for the same crime. You could've announced that if it happens again after the Kazupa situation then it will be straight to a ban, instead of changing the punishment on the day of people being punished.

I never did blame him for cheating. All that I personally said was that taking screenshots in general is an outdated and bad way of catching actual cheaters. Also you cannot blame people for suspecting stuff when he had his post on the hacker forums. I understand that he is one of your friends, but you still gotta understand where people's thoughts are comming from.

I sent him my crosshair, I am using the same one currently. It is used in the Minimalist hud which is also used by LeRoux, Anchor, myself, and alot more.
