No, as I do not get paid to make websites and I can make one better than that, which isn't saying much.  Some of the things are great, for reasons that Yoshi explained, there are some serious (design) flaws.

They were just used to the old one and don't like change. It isn't fully finished, but if you look as to how much complaining there was that it hadn't been updated, I guess they released it like this.

I would disagree about it being professional.  I think the old one was more professional.  Like (I think) Yoshi said, it looks like a teen did the job.

I don't know where to begin. One thing that stands out is the .: :. in the title. Is this a 14 year old girl's freewebs site?

It looked nasty when I was at work. Borders were gray, missing graphics and such. That was on IE6 (yes, we're a bit slow). Looks good now, either they fixed it, r IE6 sucks. Using Firefox 3.1 Beta 1.

I don't mind the new look of the webpage, don't get me wrong the old one had some nice stuff, but you know this isn't that bad eather, it could do wit some polishing up but it's fine to me

Reminds me of late 1990's Geocities homepages. All thats missing are the animated gifs and midi music.

I remember people suggesting I design my site with all the bells and whistles.
As always, I was ahead of my time.

Well, it doesn't work for me at all. I use Opera, and I have to open the source to find any links.

On principle I hate websites that requires specific browsers, or requires all the very latest in updates
to even find the info I'm looking for. They should restore the old site ASAP until they have made
something decent.

I understand the urge to keep things fresh, but if the change is not for the better, why bother?

Boo to bevel, emboss, outer glow, drop shadowed text. It just looks amatuer. It terms of web design, I'd have to hold onto the KISS rule: Keep It Simple... Stupid.

<edit> Refering to the text on the top of the page. The Mount & Blade logo/text in the flash graphic look fine.

Any of you who say it's horrible really need to just get used to the change, it dosen't seem bad to me at all.
