Anyway, they said it will come out. But I'm sure when, probably before Christmas though.

As for whether WFaS will be receiving another patch, I would say tentatively 'yes' given some discussions with the SiCh devs a few months ago...but things have been "all quiet on the western front" for some time now. My typical barometer of dev/patch activity, the official BugTracker hasn't had public developer activity since the first of August, and nothing sustained since mid-July. ...so far as pegging it as coming "before Christmas", there's nothing to base that on other than wishful thinking, I'm afraid.

But if this is going to turn to discussions of upcoming games, we already have a thread for that, here in WFaS-land, The Games, and long suggestion/discussion threads for M&B2 in both the Privy Council suggestions area and in the off-topic "Other Games" board. Use those.

And, if this is going to turn into another unanswered plea to the devs for attention, we've got one of those here, too: Developers please respond. Use that for such things.
