So Ive ran into a MAJOR problem, i cant load my main_map in the editor anymore, it just crashes and it crashes on starting a new campaign. Any ideas on where to start? Making a new map isnt an option, ive spent far too long on it.

This happens when trying to load scenes from 1.5.2, and i cant even open them to try and save it as 1.5.3

Can you post the crash log that happens when you are trying to load the scene? It can be found inside the "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\logs" folder.
Also, this map is in your module right? You should not be saving your scene into the SandBox module.

Ah ok I’ll retry with a module, I didn’t feel the need to do that since it was running fine before the update just by replacing it.

Check for a "Backups" folder inside the MODULE_YOU_SAVE_YOUR_SCENE\SceneObj and MODULE_YOU_SAVE_YOUR_SCENE\SceneEditData. There is a chance that you can find the the copy of your scene in those folders.

UPDATE
I can load the Main_map into the editor, and save it, but it crashes on campaign start. Ive tried loading the module both before and after Native and it still happens.
The other log is far to long and wont fit here though, is this the one you want?:

Yeah what im saying is, it wont load a editor main_map scene that was saved on 1.5.2, i have over 50 backups of various stages of my mod, none of them will run on 1.5.3. There were changes to the editor in this update and I think something there has broken it for me.

The campaign team will look into your crash. meanwhile, can you post the crash that happens when you open the scene from the editor? Also, your saved scene was not in the SandBox module right, named same as the original world map(overriding it). If so, since we are also updating that scene, steam may have overridden your scene.

Sorry I should have marked this as solved but I forgot about it.

I decided to try deleting the entire scenes map folders and then verified them again and then I went through my own Separate backup files where I saved them and found a combination of backups that after a few tries managed to load into the modding editor tool.
So just verifying them didn’t work but deleting the folders and then verifying them did work.
Once I saved The scene in the updated editor it would load normally after that.
I’ve put it all in a module as well now and it seems to be working ok.

I think it was probably steam overwriting it like you say and it got confused as some of my files were left behind.

I’ve had similar problems with steam seemingly not verifying files correctly before and deleting a game folder and verifying again works so maybe it’s a steam problem I don’t know.
