New to modding, help me out pls

I successfully ported models from cod waw and plan to use them in an upcoming mod. But the uniform does not correctly apply on the character, it just floats ontop of it or something. I am prob missing something but any help would be appreciated.

because you dont own the game, just the permission to play it on your PC.

if you want to create a personal mod and not share it with others then you can ignore that stuff.

if its a public mod then you need to follow the rules of copyright and all that.

If your future publication includes copyrighted assets, or assets you don't have permission for you won't be able to host it on the forum(and most legal file uploading sites).
