new steam update?

RIght, I uninstalled the steam version, left it for a day and now reinstalling, I had cleared ALL the files when i uninstalled it so its a complete re installation. Obviously I have saved my map files

People say it runs fine now, but how is the reticile for some people? I had verified it twice and I still had the oval shaped reticile and everything else was in proportion.

Yes, the reticule is now oval.

Its quite... difficult to judge moving targets with archery.

Well since the patch I dont know what's hapened but Calradia is left without arrows I search in all the towns for one month and I didn't found any tipe I even started a new game but after the first stocks are changed there is no more arrows respawn.Do someone had the same problem??

I found arrows, singleplayer seems to be running next to... perfect as far as i've tried it. Its just the reticile which is oval shape which pisses me off You can tell i like my archery.

This is happening to me as well.

Actually, it is also bootless and gauntletless.

I think its the random start for your campaign, I assume this is normal. I think its actually better having to keep looking around for days for a few things. I once wanted to find javilins, just normal ones, all i could find were war darts, throwing axes etc until like day 4, when I saw javilins being sold in a few more towns.

I've played more today and I'm like day 50 with my new caracter but I can't find any more arrows or shoes or gloves anymore but I think some mastersbowyers lives somewere beucause I found so many masterwork bows around (like 3 khergit masterwork bows in Tulga,2 masterwork strong bows in Ichamur etc. ) but it's becoming annoying 'cuz I have to send my companions with bent arrows looted on stepe bandits.
Hope it will be fixed up soon

Have you lads tried the singleplayer? It loads onto the campaign ok, but every time i try to enter a town, the game crashes...

I have the same. When i try a new campaign it crashes at first spawn of character.

Cant say it's crashing in every town for me, but there's been an increase of totally random crashes, alt tabbing, once when entering a tavern and one randomly on the map.

So I assume something got messed up.

I think I found a new singleplayer feature, but I havnet played SP much so it could be older.

But you can now right click on towns, parties etc. and choose between "Go to or check notes"


edit: This also causes a bug it seems. You can no longer right click in inventory/shop to instant move items!

Shift and left click has always done that by the by.

Whilst I know most people can read steam, the achievement list for those wondering, Lady of the lake seems to randomly just unlock.

As a female character, raise your renown to 50.

As a female character, Capture and sell three NPC lords.

Girl Power
As a female character, help a female claimant reclaim her throne.

As a female character, make your own faction.

Game variables hasn't changed...nor has the .dds...or the .brf that I can tell.
Not sure what happened.

Even though it is now oval shaped, at least it doesn't affect ranged combat at all, only affects the players judgement. It will take a little getting used to for the time being.

It appears to be changed even when modifiying the reticule the shape is still oval.
