New radial command menu 1.5.5 beta

I quite like the radial ui design and i struggling to see what all the fuss is about tbh. I felt it was always a pain in the ass having to look up to the top of the screen to issue orders when im trying to focus on moving etc.. in the center of the screen, it keeps your eyes in the sweet spot better i find.

What i would like to see added to commands is Slo-mo when opening order menu, 1/4 speed or somthing liek that, similar to RDR2 or GTA if u know what i mean. Im forever running into trees, rocks and other objects while issuing orders on my horse and you all know that you do too

You would probably have to make it a toggle though, for all of those who struggle to adapt to change.

Well we got the setting to choose between them now with the hotfix so we're golden
