New player....directions please?

Hi,

Just found out about this game and it's very addicting, but like I'm sure a lot of new players have asked before as to what I'm supposed to be doing?


Game seems open ended, but after I got done from training and fighting some arena battles all I saw was a "job" in the tavern but I need some members (course have no $ to hire them) before I can take that job.

The only other "quest" I saw was bringing back slaves, but I mean game is not too clear on what I'm supposed to be doing.

Also what skills you recommend to a new squire?

Thanks a ton for any help and hope to stay a long time if this game continues.

just talk to loads of people. you can get quests that way. the game isn't finished so there isn't a complete storyline. you can also get the hunt down the river pirates quest in zendar. another thing you can do to get quests is talking to nobles and joining them.

as far as skills are conserned. it all depends on your style of play.
