i have to be undecided

If you're going to get a sub 3 Ghz CPU, go quad rather than dual. 4 Gb RAM is also a bit pointless at the minute, unless  you're going for 64 bit (in which case ignore the graphics card because neither are capable of providing stable drivers). Make sure it's Vista Home Premium and not the ultra expensive pro addition too, unless you particularly need an active directory server for some reason.
Graphically I'd go with Nvidia. They have the edge construction wise, and the official drivers aren't coded by a bunch of three year olds on crack, which is always a bonus.

While this is up what would you say about the Gamer Infinity GTX?

Always buy the Neon light upgrade.

Seriously, with a side window it's silly not to get one. I prefer blue myself, but anything that lets you see the internals without having to crack the case open is a useful thing to have. Blue shows the dust better I find (Cyberpower tend to fit dust filters to their fans anyway, but it still seeps in), red tends to leak out of the case less, take your pick.
Extra Case Fan Upgrade: Default case fans
How much is it for an upgrade?.
POWER SUPPLY Upgrade: 800 Watts Power Supplies (CyberPowerPC XF800S Performance ATX 2.0 Power - Quad SLI Ready)
Are you ever likely to use Quad SLI? Might be cheaper to drop to 600 or thereabouts, which should give you enough grunt for  SLI if you ever really want it.
MEMORY: 6GB (2GBx3) PC1333 DDR3 PC3 10666 Triple Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand)
6Gb? Pointless unless you intend to do video rendering at some point. You'll get better performance taking 2 or 4 gig of performance RAM than you will 6 Gb of generic.
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX260 CORE 216 896MB 16X PCI Express (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA)
If you're going Nvidia, look to getting an Nvidia mobo rather than a generic one.
Extra Thermal Display : NONE
Check if the case has one. If not, this can be a lifesaver. Even if you do have one on the case this can be worthwhile, mine lets me set an alarm for temperature thresholds and also cycle through CPU, VGA, Case, HDD etc. The case only covers HDD, VGA and CPU.
