Assault: This game type is played with two teams, one assaulting a "base" and the other defending it. The map is set up with objectives which the attacking team must complete (usually in sequence) such as breaking door, or entering an area. The team who first attacks then defends, and attempts to defend for the entire time they attacked. If they accomplish this, they win. If the team defending first assaults the base faster than the other team, they win. If both teams defend for the maximum amount of time the match is a tie.

Capture the Flag: Players compete to capture the other team's flag and return it to their base. Competitive teams must use a great deal of teamplay. Both teams must defend the base from incoming attackers and get into the other team's base, steal their flag and return to base.

Last Man Standing: Similar to Deathmatch, the player's objective is to remain alive longer than their opponents. Players start as selected unit and fight in a small arena, so that they have nowhere to hide like gladiators couldn't.

Pointmatch: There's a yellow flag in this game-mode. A player that holds the flag will be awarded with frag points. In this mode, everyone can kill each other but without flag kill points are ignored. The player with the most points, wins the match.

King of the Hill: It is similar to Captain Mode. King of the Hill focuses on a single control point at the center of the map, which is neutral and locked at the beginning of the round. Teams must make their way to the control point and capture it when it becomes available. Once the point is captured by a team, their team clock will start a three-minute countdown. If the enemy team manages to capture the point back, their clock will start counting down while the other team’s clock freezes at the time the point was recaptured. A team wins once they own the point, the three minutes countdown expires, and the other team's capture progress is gone.

Hold The Flag: It is a very similar concept to Pointmatch, but in a team-based format. The team that holds the yellow flag gets points every couple of seconds. Kill numbers aren't effective in score.

Rambomatch: It is very similar to Deathmatch with one main tweak: There's a a Rambo Bow. The Bow spawns in center location in each map. Points can be obtained only by the player who's holding that weapon. The Bow has first mode with multiple arrows, and by switching weapon, it can shoot single deadly flaming arrow. The flaming arrows explode upon hitting targets. The player with the most frags, wins the match. (from Soldat)

Tournament Match: Same things in campaign tournaments but with real players. Last survivor wins.

Battle royale: It is played between many individual players. In each match, the goal is to be the last player or team standing by eliminating all other opponents. A match starts by placing the player-characters into a large map space, typically by having all players skydive from a large aircraft within a brief time limit. The map may have random distribution or allow players to have some control of where they start. All players start with minimal equipment, giving no player an implicit advantage at the onset. Equipment, usually used for combat, survival or mount is randomly scattered around the map, often at landmarks on the map, such as within buildings in ghost towns. Players need to search the map for these items while avoid being killed by other players, who cannot be visually marked or distinguishable either on-screen or on the map, requiring the player to solely use their own eyes and ears to deduce their positions. Equipment from eliminated players can usually be looted as well. This mode has a mechanic to push opponents closer together as the game progresses, usually taking the form of a gradually shrinking safe zone, with players outside of the zone eventually being killed.

Conquest Mode: This is siege version of captain mode, defenders and attackers exchange in each round. Flag points are on the top of the siege walls and defaultly captured by defender team. If the attacker team takes control of three points in given time, they win.
