The cinematography is almost cliché. Gloomy, sunless light in shades of grey and desaturated colours, so you know it's Nordic.
But I notice some nice (symbolic?) use of colours in clothing.
The protagonist seems a bit idiomatic, Norse warrior type. A brooding man with childhood trauma, driven only be vengeance. I hope it's more complex than that, and he's not a Viking action hero. The other characters indicate so.
Compared to many other Viking era themed productions the clothing, armours, weaponry, houses etc. look decent.
But it's just a trailer...
