NEW MOD; Gathering the crew

I have a splendid Idea of new mod that I plan to start creating for Warband. If there is anyone willing to help me with anything, you are welcome to PM me. I am looking for all kind of crew, from modelers to testers, historians, etc. You don't have to be the best of the best. Only requirement is maturity and teamwork abilities. It would help if you have skype or MSN. Thanks for your attention. If you are willing to help me, PM me with some info.
 
It would help if you tell us what mod is it...
But I would be ready to help as much as I can, though I completly lack modding skills I could give ideas, history etc.
 
It would be, I guess a total conversion  :roll: , module that would circle whole ancient Greece and Mediterran, somewhere arround 800 B.C.
 
Here's some advice from what I've noticed here. If you have a mod idea, but you need a crew; the best way to attract one is to get something tangible done with the mod first. Showing them you have something already done and in-progress, even if it's some models, item, scripts, etc, gives you some credibility and shows that you're at least dedicated enough to get started.
 
Well I can make some minor tweaks(max skills, cattle following you, party morale, how many recruits in village, and stuff like that) for troops I can change stats, items they have, level and upgrade path of troops, and I can add zendar on the map but people inside cant talk, all they say is "no string" Although they sometimes dont work.
