New idea: Peer-to-Peer Mod O_o

Hey,
It.s a new idea that came from another topic...
What if we can add the option to connect two PCs with cable or usb (or anyway) and play a multiplayer game? It's another good way for more players than one used by some games. And then we have a multiplayer option without any internet, hosting servers and stuff trouble! Then 2 friends with laptops can play the game. That's the mod I'm thinking about.

Well ok it's an idea, I don't know if that can be done. But if someone agrees, and if modders can find the way to do this, let's go.
On the other hand, if someone knows how to do it but don't wants to, please gimme the way to give a try. C'mon, it's worth to try it! Many people would like to have this option, even like that, don't they?

I don't know much about M&B's engine and capabilities, but it isn't that pretty much impossible?

And even then it would rely on people being able to get together to game together. I can't see many people doing that, as it seems like a lot of effort just to game with another person.

Good luck if you can get it work, however.

You could try asking the people who modded Oblivion for multiplayer. But other than that, use the damn multiplayer thread in the Zendar Town Square...
