New Here, need some answers please

Hail all! First off let me start by saying that I am utterly impressed by this game. The graphics are not too easy on the eyes though, and I would love to hear more sound effects and music to make the gameworld feel more alive, but the gameplay has an addictive quality not often seen in games recently. Now, as much as I enjoy simply running around getting into random battles, I am a roleplayer at heart, an need a good story to drive me toward the end of a game.

I read in the official site that the game has an intricate story with interactive NPC's. I can see that at least they have tried to give the main character some personality when he has certain conversations, but I would like to know if there IS in fact a storyline, interesting characters, and more to the game than just action.

The story line isn't implemented yet, though most of the bits are ready in the program. The mag7 mod added a few more mission objectives and got a bit closer with it, but as of v 0.7 isn't working. Should be fixed soon though, with a lot more additions too
