New Forum Theme - Step by Step Guide ( Both Dark and Light Theme )

Just found this, looks amazing but (( i think )) it doesn't work properly with the new forum update.

There are few issues with some headers etc but all of them are working fine in 95% capacity. For example, Darktimes, which I'm also using, needs some update but it's not completely useless. But I will make an update about this probably for the last time soon.
