That's just it. I can't, but I keep getting PMs about this kind of crap because people think I can. Before it ends up in a forum admin's hands, why don't you guys chill out? All I gathered from the last 10+ pages of this is "it's my name, go find another" and "we're keeping the name, you make one."

Drama always looks more important to those involved in it. You're right, I don't have the whole story, but does the whole story matter when someone can take a 5 minute glance at your thread and dismiss you all as a bunch of petty fools? It's just a name. You've done a lot more than redirect people, and once you've moved on to other things you'll not want to come back to this thread to see how much of a fool you were. You haven't always been a fool, SPQR, and you'll probably stop eventually, but right now you're a big one. You aren't the only one in this thread, but you're the one it's most disappointing to see from.

He should have pm'ed SPQR instead of going several pages page back to dig up this old thread that has a very unwelcoming poll and silly drama since he is asking for SPQR to write something. He is giving me that impression.

Sorry you took it as that.  Sierra is not familiar with any of those things.  He doesn't even know who SPQR is.
No drama wanted.  Sierra was just looking for individual history or fun stories to add to his thead.
