Well, when you point fingers at Ravenstein and talk to him and use the word, "you guys," you are indeed assuming I am apart of or I am.

So it is concluded that it isn't me, nor is it Doom. So there was never any reason to use, "you guys." Because I do feel antagonized when I had nothing to do with the matter and that feeling doesn't feel good.

Yes it was a stupid incident caused by some people jumping to conclusions without really thinking things through. But right now he is unbanned, and I know he has been apologized to by most of POM for the misunderstanding and guess what, he accepted the apology and plays with us in vent and whatnot. SO this entire issue is already taken care of, why its still an issue is beyond me and pointing fingers at people saying, "its your fault" seems rather immature.

This is a fricking videogame, drop all the e-drama because no one cares for it.

Um, that screenshot actually supports SPQR in my opinion. Also, SPQR has a point too, if you needed to expand to pay for servers, then perhaps you shouldn't have gotten the servers. Rapid expansion only leads to bringing in people who aren't compatible with each other at the least and trolls at the worst. Likewise, a clan doesn't need servers to exist. Sure they are helpful, but not necessary. I see one fact, no matter how active he was, SPQR founded the clan and deserves the name and the banner. The members can go where they wish.

I never like seeing this sort of thing, but it seems like it always happens in clans.  Mercing: the way to go.

I'm not from your community, but I remembered some good gameplay a few weeks ago and decided to log back on to have a little fun.  I played on the POM server all day without incident until a rash of teamkillings related to someone intentionally teamkilling prompted members of the community to start calling for a player to be kicked or banned.  As far as I understood, this was dealt with, but then the next time we spawned (this was battle mode if I remember right) a server admin by the name of POM DOOM or something like that began teamkilling the whole team with a 2h sword.  Not only did this happen once, but it happened again and the second time when people started to speak up about it, other POM members began hurling racial slurs and profanity.  I can appreciate that you are an american server community but do you really have to give your country such a bad name?  Also, the harm you do to the reputation of your server community is pretty serious.  I saw wanton disregard for others' ability to enjoy the game and I'd propose that a community administering a public server should probably hold themselves to a higher standard than the behavior of a few immature prepubescent delinquents. 

Unless you can provide credible proof that that kind of behavior is a horrible exception and not the upheld standard, I won't be returning to game at POM anytime soon and will be advising everybody I know in 3 large US multigaming communities to do the same.

OK guys.

I've got this funny little "Server Admin" title in my MP nick over the on the left. See it? That means some people understandably get confused about whether I'm a forum admin or not. This means I sometimes get PMs about stuff on the forums that should have some admin attention given to them.

I was PMed about this thread by someone I won't name, and while I'm not a forum admin I am indeed well-versed with clan drama. From having herded many drama llamas myself, I can say with surety this is retarded. All this over a name? I understand you don't want the POM name being "tarnished," SPQR, just as I still don't want the nK name being ruined even though I'm no longer a part of it. I helped make it, and I still identify with them as far as Warband goes, so I'd be disappointed if they turned into a troll clan or similar. However, I wouldn't make a big mess out of it. It doesn't affect me beyond a personal attachment to them. If they turn nK around and make it the scourge of online Warband, nobody is going to think less of me for it because I'm not with them anymore. SPQR, nobody is going to look down on you for what POM does if you aren't part of POM anymore. It's your right to still be attached to the name, that's fine, but names can change (nK went through half a dozen names before deciding on one). Pick a new name, and build a great reputation for that one.

Arguing over a name like this is retarded. I'd say you should be ashamed, but I've argued more over less, so instead I'll tell you that a month later you'll regret these pages.
