Second Clan scrims happen like what every two Months?

I suggest the current memebers of the Tyrannical POM change the name of the clan, while retaining those in it.

Without SPQR, you should at least retire the namesake of the clan and continue on in the seperate way you want to go. The original POM wanted to be a smaller, more closely knit clan. Since the "New POM" has totally different ideals than those of which it was founded on, it is only right it should be changed.

I just want to be a part of this community (POM that is) and participate in scrims and events for this fantastic medieval combat game. Despite being more expansionist simply because players are voted into the clan and that we have branches in other games, I still uphold SPQR's principles when it comes to Warband, and that is being a part of a small, closely-knit group of players. I wish to remain under the tag, "POM" and wishes to remain in the current POM but if SPQR wishes claim the banner and name which he rightfully owns and that we have to change the name, so be it. But whatever happens, I hope fellow Warband players do not have fixed views on any one of us. We are still casual gamers, I hope, and we still follow the same principles when it comes to recruiting players based on teamwork and policies towards trolls and intentional tk'ers.

Aye Raven, the same principles will always apply.  I feel that is why the community is so intently looking upon this situation and hoping each member's actions will distinquish them from negative titles and descriptions of people we have all chosen to disapprove of.  In other words, we are looking for the "right" thing to be done...and I feel the poll helps express what the community feels is the "right" thing.

Of course it is the current members decision on what course to take in making a new name for themselves or trying to continue under the old.  This I feel is the only matter of importance at this point as the name and banner are all that SPQR is laying claim to.  No raging or interfering from myself...just stating that actions and attitudes are being weighed and measured...hence the drama lama.

So, I was away for awhile and missed all this. I don't want to start again on all this carp, but I just would like it be known that I support SPQR, and as Beer stated, will not be playing on any POM servers as long as it is led by those jerks.

One last thing I'd like to state:

Our group, whether or not we change our name and banner, does not appreciate people spreading blatant lies about us. We have not, do not, and will never have an application fee, a server fee, or any other required fees. We have had no less than 3 applicants mention that someone told them that we do. Regardless of your feelings about us, this is completely dishonorable, despicable behavior. We've played nice with the haters, and most of the trolls that have been hitting our servers lately aren't banned, because they haven't violated the server rules. As always, people that violate the server rules (trolling to the extent of disrupting gameplay and TKing) have been banned.

We've told the exact truth in all its details to the best of our knowledge. Why won't people return that common courtesy?

To those of you boycotting us: I'm sorry you feel that way, but it's within your rights to do so. I'll state this again, one final time, before leaving this thread permanently: SPQR left the group he founded of his own accord, and under terms that we thought were amicable. We even offered to let him and his new group have admin rights on our servers. Instead of accepting these terms, he chose to come here and create this drama, which is bad for him, bad for us, and apparently becoming something of a spectator sport.

Can I at least have some popcorn?

This was to meet the.. ummm stupid accusation you, Doom and Constantine made that NK was sending a spy against us.  Now.. who is paranoid?  I mentioned the Black Paws as someone who is able to monitor the ranks for discontent such as Tomcom and Cesog which you constantly begged me to ban for acts unbecoming..

Excuse me but please do not point fingers at me when the last time I ever saw Domokov on Warband was a month ago. I did not ban him nor did I ever suggest a ban for him.
