It's in 1.6.4 not 1.6.3.

The mods I used,not like it matters though,are miscellanous ones,like the one that reveals hair under many helmets and the other one is the newly one that fixes sieges,or tries to.
Great mods btw.

Though first reply has the media of the same issues as I do.

The models are sort of place holders,as my child got into the education system and uses a normal looking model.

I have the same issue. I reported it on the Beta Patch notes 1.6.4 discussion posts.
