Hello everyone. In this thread I want to publish one of my latest scening attempts. The reason for creating that thread is to get some positive or negative feedback, no matter which one it is: it helps me to improve my scening knowledge and ofc the map itself.
Alright, let's come to the point. Here's the map I wanna present:

Alright, let's come to the point. Here's the map I wanna present:
Type: Closed Map (It's like Vendetta, it's sumthing between closed and open map :p)
Description: "Riverside" is a map that is worth trying to play on it. It gives all parties, including archers, cavalry and infantry, the possibility to fight in a suitable terrain. There is an open area until the river devides, what's mainly an area made for archers and cavalry. But there is also a part for all classes including the infantry, namly a town part (other half of the map). That town part is created to be suitable for melee, not neglecting the feelings of archers and cav, which surely wanna fight on dat map too. You are not abled to shoot from one to the other spawn (unless you're a pro sniper). In addition, I tried to make the map looking beauuutiful.
Potential Issues:

- I'm not sure about the spawn points yet, I often spawned in a house, but I think it could also be my game's fault.

+ replaced water in the middle of the map with a bit of land
+ two new gate houses next to the keep in the middle of the map
+ bridge (from shallow to the added land)
- deleted a few objects around the new gate houses to ensure easy usage
- moved 2nd Flagspawn from town to the added land

+ fences and fishing nets to restrict the water area
+ destroyed bridge (only esthetic function)
+ barricades at the wooden bridges
+ Some objects at the town to make it more difficult for cav
+ invisible barriers at the fences, fishing nets and barricades to make water completely inaccessable
+ some farm houses near both spawns to make direct cav charge nearly impossible
+ better textures
+ invisible barriers to make some roofs inaccessible
- bushes
