Need More Info Never Played Before, Crash on Startup

Summary: The game gives me an error after hitting play from the launcher. No cheats or mods.

Could you check if you have a Bannerlord folder located in the documents folder? If so could you try to delete it and try again?
Also did the crash uploader gave you a code?
