Need urgent advice for a pet.

I already posted questions on yahoo but need an advice here too.

Well this is the first question: 1st yahoo question.

And this is the second question: 2nd yahoo question.

So should I still hassle him to a vet? Or just let him rest it off? Or maybe wait for few hours see his condition then take him? Could it still be serious, he is purring when petted and he played with our hands few minutes ago? Now he is sitting and resting

I stepped on him, not stood on him. When I was going down the stairs he flew under my feet, couldn't see him or react to it. But this topic isn't about that so please give a serious answer.

The thing is trip to a vet could hassle him more if it's not serious, so I just want know if anyone had this experience before and what did you do if you did?

Seriously now, refer to my previous edit. Cats do purr quite a bit when they're hurt and it has been shown they also purr when their person is hurt. Something about the frequency and healing. So my advice is that you may wanna get it checked out. Better safe than sorry, no?

Then again, i'm overcautious.

Ok man thanks for the info. I think the best thing to do now is to go to the vets and ask them should he be brought for examination or not, so me and my father are going to do that.

Good step. Also, Vadermath once threw a cat out a window so he may be able to help. Though, I think he's in prison, or something. I dunno, I haven't seen him in ages.

If the vet is closed see if a chinese food place is open, they'll know what to do.

As a farmer I'd have to say wait until tomorrow, and then take it to a vet if you can afford it. There's no point in taking your pet to a vet who isn't any good at their job, they'll just recommend you put the animal down and then charge you a fortune for the checkup.

Edit: Also, just so you know: Make sure you keep it confined to a small space (a pet taxi is ideal). You don't want it to hurt itself any worse if there's any spinal injuries or similar problems.

Hey guys I went to the vet, she said we should let him rest because it's probably concussion or a shock. We should keep monitoring him and if he stops eating or drinking we should bring him. I'll let you know what happened, thanks for all the answers!

Does he really eat a kitten in the show? I tried watching a couple of episodes back in the day, but it was all a bunch of guys going "Aaaaaaaaaagh!" at each other, followed by a comercial break, then a short internal dialog, and then more "Aaaaaaaaaagh!" from a dutch camera angle. Then it would go into the "Next time on Dragon Ball Z" part, where I could see clips of people going "Aaaaaaaaaagh!" at each other. Usually the same ones.


...Maybe I just don't understand Japanese culture?

Just to update you guys. He is feeling a lot better, he is already playing around drinking water and eating, running around. I also let his mother in to give him some milk but he ended up playing with her which involves him wrestling with her so I got her out since I don't believe he is ready for that xD


The only problem that he now has is that he is only peeing in his littler box, I'm not sure if he has a constipation or it's just because he didn't eat a lot while he was recovering.
