Need some help

Ok, basically I have lost my Diablo II CD and with it the CD key needed to install it. So I set about looking for a download for the game. Could find anything on Steam so I googled it and this is something that came up:

I need to know several things first...

1. Does it look legal? It looks legit to me but I want other peoples judgement, and I don't want to do anything illegal

2. Does it look worth it? Obviously I'm not going to take any of the bots or exploits as they just ruin the game.

3. If it is suspicious, do you know anywhere legit that will do this? i.e download the game and key for a price?

That's the problem. I think my mum has chucked the box that I kept all the CD sleeves in and I have checked both the loft and the attic numerous times for them to no avail

Considering they're also offering "100% undetectable bots" and "15 never-released before exploits", I have serious doubts about their CD keys actually being legal.
I don't know of any legal places to get it though, sorry. My first thought was GoG, but they don't have it.

EDIT: let me put it this way: if a worn out looking hooker with sores in the corner of her mouth told you she was clean, would you still risk it?
