Need same help?

Hello guys i have bought a new HD (Hard-drive) and have same problems running deluge

I putted me Steam on E: instead of C: because i have more space on E for me games
but when i reinstalled everything steam+warband+deluge i keep having error

the error message is Could not find mb_warband.exe or mb_warband_dedicated.exe

what should i do?

Maybe start it from its folder the .exe file

Right click on your "The Deluge" desktop shortcut, choose Properties and at the end of "Target" field add (do not delete it's content, just add the new stuff at the end of it!) such text:

-p "E:\Path to your Warband\mb_warband.exe"

Where "Path to your Warband" should be replaced by the actual path to where you have your Warband installed.


If this won't work, try downloading latest WSE version and unpakcing it directly to Warband main folder (where mb_warband.exe file is) and launch the game from WSELoader.exe from that folder.



edit: Oh, and next time read the sticked FAQ before making new thread.

I got a problem too...
I now installed eveything and it runns well without error messages or anything in that way...
Well at least to the point i try to join a server
The game simply crashes on any server -.-
Any ideas?

Version 0.55? Try Tawerna servers. They have 0.55 installed already (and I believe they're the only ones so far).

Oh well yes that was the problem lol 
I tried to find out what i did wrong the whole evening and it wasnt my fault it was server admins beeing lazy

i installed .552 the other day and was having problems joining the official tawerna server and others that are running the updated version.

    i reinstalled from .5 through each individual patch and i still get the same message "server is currently running on 9.999 (different than what is under the faq section)" i tried reinstalling all the patches again and even installed patch .5 then .55, .551, then .552 to see if that would fix it but no still saying the servers are running on 9.999.

I tried starting from the wse."    ".exe file in the deluge folder, same thing happens. can i get some help i havent had problems with this game since patch .55

It's WSE related. Try updating it manually to the newest version (though the files in "The Deluge 0.5/WSE" directory should be fine, since I added WSE 2.7.0 in 0.552 patch...)

ahh i fixed it before i read your last post, thank you. i saw what you told odenar in the bugtracking sticky thread. just simply installed .5 + the .522 link you gave him! i am now on the tawerna server no problem!
