Just kidding.
My game froze like this for half a second when I changed from the "standard" Khergit tunic to ragged clothes or something. Ragged peasant tunic-ish). I think it was a problem with the game loading the clothes a bit too slow. I don't exactly remember the names and I already overwrote the save, sorry.

It looks like happening when you are changing armors. If the game freezes while changing the armors you can catch the screenshot quickly.
