need help with XP system transfer

My XP grew fat enough to have problems with lack of free space on my 8GB system drive. Also I realized I have a 80GB lying around in one of my drawers. I don't want to reinstall Windows, so I'd like you folks to suggest a free disk cloning utility which keeps my XP intact and doesn't swallow the over 8GB part of the new HDD. I need it to have one 80GB partition, because stuff like .NET Framework doesn't allow to be installed on other than the system drive/partition.

Thanks Danath, seems it'll be fine for the job.

But it'll have to wait, the HDD I found is fried. Gotta buy a new (well, used but working) one on monday.
