Need Help With Making A Server!

I need someone to explain me how to make a decent server with all the right stuff involved.

- How to make custom outfits and how to place them into the 'ze_treasure' thing.

- How to make a map and make it playable for others, by that I mean, if I own a server, how do I make it playable for others.

I currently own a server i suggest using oasis hosting they are simply great. DDoS protection reply time is around 30 minutes their servers work on several games and mods. Repetitively cheap servers.

I also found Oasis hosting excellent. Though would similarly like to find out how to put items into the ze treasure and make them usable to other players on the server, if anyone knows how.
